Site Plans & Critical Area Mapping
CRATER prepares custom maps and site plans to help property owners, contractors, and reviewing authorities understand proposed development and critical-area constraints. Maps are included with our reports, and stand-alone site plans are available.
Our plans can show wetland boundaries and buffers, streams and their buffers, shoreline OHWM references, proposed buildings and access, impact areas, and buffer mitigation or native planting areas. We combine relevant field information and mapping sources with a clear legend, scale, north arrow, and project notes.

Field-verified maps issued by CRATER’s office will be signed. Customer-created drawings and illustrative examples remain unsigned working drafts.
